Makmur Food Industries Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 14th July 1997 as a private limited liability company. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Makmur Malaya Sdn Bhd.

The principal activities of the Company are food canning and canned food manufacturing. Production has been started in year 2001 on a piece of industrial land located at Taiping, Perak, which is about 80km from the Butterrworth Port.

Our Products

Products manufactured by us include poultry, marine products, vegetables, fruits etc under our house brand as well as other contract brands. All food products manufactured are “Halal-Certified Products”, certified by the Department of Malaysia Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).

Consumers’ satisfaction is our main objective. In order to make our products more wholesome and more palatable with various varieties, our company has done extensive research and has accumulated valuable experiences to further improve the quality of our products.

Quality Control, Facility and Technology

Realizing the importance of quality, our company employs professional workers to ensure the entire production can attain the highest standard.

Facility is one of the important elements in keeping products at its highest quality. We apply Total Quality Management in our drive towards ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, Bristish Retail Consortium and HALAL.

Furthermore, we use the latest technology such as metal detector machine to ensure our products are devoid of any metallic substances.
